Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads)
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale our D2C brand through Meta and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running high-converting campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and driving profitable growth. You should be data-driven, analytical, and comfortable managing advertising budgets while continuously improving campaign performance.
Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
Scale campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CAC
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
Track performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance




Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for faster research, analysis, and campaign optimization

Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Positive understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API
Experience with Shopify and D2C E-commerce brands is preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage large ad budgets and achieve profitable ROAS
Experience with AI tools is a must
