Regional Commercial Manager (Jewellery)
Role Purpose
Partner with the Jewellery Business team to drive profitable growth, enable sales, and ensure strong commercial governance across the region. Act as the key finance business partner for retail operations by providing commercial insights, financial controls, working capital management, and decision support for business initiatives including gold exchange programs, customer investment schemes, advance booking plans, and other jewellery-specific sales drivers. Leverage financial analytics to support revenue growth while ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Business Partnering
Partner with Regional Sales and Retail teams to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
Provide commercial and financial insights to support business decisions and improve store performance.
Drive profitability analysis, margin reviews, and business performance monitoring across stores and channels.
Support business teams in evaluating current opportunities, promotions,
customer acquisition initiatives, and sales-led campaigns.
Sales Enablement & Jewellery Business Support
Support retail teams in driving sales through jewellery-specific programs such as:
Gold Exchange Schemes
Gold Savings / Investment Plans
Customer Loyalty and Promotional Programs
Evaluate financial viability and profitability of commercial offers and campaigns.
Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, and settlement of scheme-related transactions.
Work closely with store teams to resolve commercial issues that may impact customer experience or conversion.
Financial Planning & Performance Management
Lead budgeting and forecasting for regional stores and commercial operations.
Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Publish profitability and performance reports for management review.
