To develop secondary sales
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and expand our customer base within the domestic market. You will lead a team of sales representatives, build strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Sales strategy and planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and business plan to achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned region. Identify market opportunities, potential customers, and key competitors. Set sales goals, forecast sales volumes, and monitor performance against targets. Team management and leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear expectations, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive and motivated work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and implement necessary training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities. Customer relationship management:



Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Act as the main point of contact for major accounts, handle negotiations, and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Market intelligence and competitor analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market. Sales performance monitoring and reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the senior management team.
