You Are

You have spent years managing technical programs where the stakes are real: a missed milestone means a customer's tape-out slips, a miscommunication means a silicon spin, and a poorly managed risk means millions of dollars and months of schedule lost. You know that program management in the IP world is not about status reports, it is about being the person who sees around corners, catches the integration issue before it becomes a blocker, and keeps a dozen moving parts aligned across time zones and organizations.





You are comfortable sitting in a room with a customer's SoC architect talking through their power budget and walking out with a transparent plan for how your IP fits their roadmap. You do not wait for perfect information. You ask the right questions, synthesize what matters, and drive decisions that keep programs moving. You have managed enough programs to know when a schedule is real and when it is wishful thinking, and you are not afraid to escalate early.

You think in terms of outcomes, not activities. You care about whether the customer gets to tape-out on time with IP that works, not whether your slides look polished. At Synopsys, you will work with tier-one customers on programs that define the next generation of SoCs, and the IP portfolio you manage will end up in products that ship at scale.
