How you'll Help us Connect the World:

Reporting to the Category Manager, the Sourcing Analyst is accountable for
planning and executing strategies and tactics that ensure VISTANCE has a
best-in-class supply partners that delivery competitive costs, assurance of
supply, timely technology and consistent high quality.

* To align with Corporate Procurement and be responsible for managing all
aspects of the procurement service delivery in South Asia Region and execute
Procurement strategies for local and/or regional initiatives for Indirect
Procurement . Manage supplier relationships including administrative and
operational activities and issues.
* Ensure all VISTANCE contracting standards are maintained. In this capacity,
the Buyer is accountable for managing the budgets, operations and
maintenance, coordination with other key managers within Procurement and also
Internal customer satisfaction.
* Support Global and Regional Sourcing Initiatives as specified by the Category




Manager.

Responsibilities:

The Buyer may be responsible for:

Strategic responsibilities include:

* Develop Regional category strategy in alignment with global commodity
management and business needs.
* Manage the relationship with key suppliers in the Region.
* Lead the source selection process for regional needs, using existing
preferred suppliers and/or recent technology leaders. Prepare evaluations for
senior team to justify supplier selections.
* Negotiate commercial agreements such as Master Supply Agreements.
* Provide category knowledge, with knowledge of the supply base and regional /
local market

Tactical responsibilities include:

* Lead and manage the key procurement drivers: Supplier performance – at or
above expectation across balanced scorecard -Cost, Quality, Supply Assurance,
and Timely Access to Technology.
* Conduct commercial negotiations for pricing and terms to provide best
