Process and fulfill customer and institutional orders accurately.
Pack journals and publications following quality standards.
Coordinate shipments with courier partners and track deliveries.
Maintain inventory records and update stock status.
Verify order details and ensure timely dispatch.
Assist with order documentation and shipping labels.
Organize inventory and maintain operational efficiency.
Support the operations team with daily workflow and administrative tasks.
