POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Application Developer with deep, hands-on
expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to design and deliver
enterprise-grade business applications across Sales Operations and Customer
Support globally.

This is a senior, business-facing role. The successful candidate will act as a
trusted partner to the business able to speak the language of stakeholders,
anticipate operational needs, and translate them into intuitive, scalable Power
Apps solutions. Beyond delivery, this role is accountable for defining
best-in-class workflows,



applying proven design patterns, and setting standards
for how Power Platform is used across the organization.

The role bridges Business, IT, and the Power Platform COE, ensuring solutions
are not only functional, but fit for purpose, governed, and built with long-term
sustainability in mind...

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Power Apps Solution Leadership

* Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise Power Apps, with a
robust emphasis on Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
* Design applications that simplify complex business processes and improve user
adoption across global, multi-site teams.
* Define and apply best practices for UX, performance, security, and
maintainability.
* Act as a subject matter expert for Power Apps, guiding design decisions and
challenging sub-optimal requirements.
