YOUR ROLE

1. End-to-End Bid Management: Lead complete bid lifecycle—from team setup,
pursuit planning, solution development to final submission.
2. Strategy & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define win
themes, solution strategy, and value proposition.
3. Proposal & Commercials: Develop high-quality, persuasive RFP/RFI responses
including pricing and commercial models.
4. Deal Conversion Ownership: Drive conversion metrics (RFP/RFI success rate,
TCV wins) and support large deals/vendor empanelment.
5. Stakeholder & Knowledge Management: Manage client visits,



senior stakeholder
coordination, and build reusable bid assets/repositories.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Bid Management Expertise: Proven experience handling mid-to-large complex
bids in presales or equivalent roles.
2. Commercial & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of pricing models, deal
structuring, and financial simulations.
3. Stakeholder Influence: Ability to engage senior leadership, clients, and
lead cross-functional teams without authority.
4. Project & Communication Skills: Solid organizational, presentation, and
articulation capabilities under tight timelines.
5. Digital & AI Enablement: Experience leveraging AI/GenAI tools to improve bid
efficiency and quality.
