Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your transportation operations and digital
transformation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside
collaborative, forward-thinking, and cutting-edge teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the future of Train
Operations solutions at Alstom. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams
across the business (e.g., solution architects, IT partners, and regional
stakeholders), facilitate functional workshops, and contribute to the design,
validation,



and deployment of digital solutions for Train Operations.

You’ll specifically take care of defining and supporting the Target Operating
Model for Train Operations, but also ensuring alignment with Alstom standards
and providing functional expertise across regions.

We’ll look to you for:

* Participating in RFP (Request for Proposal) processes to identify target
digital solutions for Train Operations.

* Facilitating functional workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting
AS‑IS and TO‑BE processes.

* Developing a deep understanding of end-to-end Train Operations processes such
as scheduling, rostering, crew management, dispatching, and resource
allocation.

* Translating business needs into detailed functional specifications and
ensuring alignment with architecture and product teams.

* Supporting solution architects in preparing TO‑BE solution designs.

* Preparing validation scenarios, executing end‑to‑end testing cycles, and
