Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Business Analyst expertise in the
exciting and cutting-edge field of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation by bridging the gap between
business and technical teams, delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions that
enhance operational excellence at Alstom. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with
cross-functional stakeholders to shape AI use cases end-to-end — from problem
framing and feasibility,



through requirements and backlog refinement, to UAT,
rollout, and adoption. You’ll also contribute to AI experimentation and
prototypes using multiple platforms such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio,
Dataiku, and LibreChat, while promoting responsible citizen development and
exploring emerging technologies in a governed manner.

You’ll specifically take care of translating business needs into clear,
functional and non-functional specifications, but also managing product backlogs
and supporting Agile ceremonies.

We’ll look to you for:

* Translating business needs into clear, functional and non-functional
specifications and high-quality documentation.

* Scoping AI use cases with stakeholders and defining success metrics, KPIs,
and acceptance criteria.

* Organising discovery workshops and design thinking sessions to identify,
prioritise, and refine AI opportunities.

* Conducting stakeholder analysis, gap and impact asses
