Role Overview:
The Procurement / Sourcing Head is responsible for leading and optimizing the procurement strategy across key business verticals such as Solar, EandC, and BDD. This leadership role encompasses vendor development, logistics, compliance, and team management to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing for Solar, EandC, and BDD verticals.
- Vendor Development:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Identify and onboard current suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and establish secondary sources for critical components.
- Logistics & Material Management:
- Oversee logistics and inventory operations to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
- Manage efficient import/export (EXIM) operations and inventory flow.




- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to procurement and quality standards, including ISO compliance.
- Manage procurement documentation, import/export records, and vendor files in alignment with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-oriented work culture to achieve departmental goals.
