Key Responsibilities

Follow up with insurers to ensure smooth processing of requests and

timely updates

Manage end-to-end closure of endorsements, including documentation,

coordination, and confirmation

Connect with client HR teams for information, approvals, or clarifications

when required

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain and regularly update the client database and related records
