Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru South. The consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and guide them through the entire transaction process, including site visits, project presentations, and closing deals.



Daily responsibilities include managing leads from online and offline channels, maintaining regular follow-up with clients, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and updating sales records in company systems. The role also involves providing accurate information on property options, pricing, and legal aspects, supporting clients with documentation, and maintaining strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate Sales and general Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including client handling, communication, and relationship management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of the Real Estate market, property types, localities, and basic legal and regulatory aspects.
