The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ARCS solutions, configuring reconciliation rules, integrating data sources, and providing comprehensive support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle ARCS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client expectations.
Configure and customize ARCS modules to meet client-specific requirements, including reconciliation formats, matching rules, and integration with Oracle Cloud ERP and related modules.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes, controls,



and compliance requirements to effectively advise clients on best practices and solutions.
Collaborate closely with clients to gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver training sessions on ARCS functionality.
Design and implement EPM data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between various source system and Oracle ARCS.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation, addressing technical issues, and optimizing system performance.
Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

To qualify for the role, you must have

3-6 years of proven experience in implementing Oracle ARCS, with a track record of completing 2-3 full-cycle implementation projects.
Expertise in configuring Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules within Oracle ARCS.
