Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Solution Design :
- Develop end-to-end integration solutions using webMethods Suite (Integration Server, API Gateway, MWS, WM.IO, AT etc.).
- Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for integration projects.
- Project Leadership :
- Lead and manage a team of developers in delivering high-quality integration solutions.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute project deliverables while ensuring timelines and quality.
- Development and Implementation :
- Design and develop interfaces, workflows, and business processes using webMethods Designer and other components.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA teams, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and IT standards.
- Documentation and Best Practices :
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals.
- Promote best practices for coding,



testing, and deployment.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated with the latest webMethods features and integration technologies.
- Propose and implement cutting-edge ideas for system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in integration solutions, with at least 5 years working with webMethods Suite .
- Proficiency in core components:
- Integration Server , API Gateway , WM.IO, AT , Broker/Universal Messaging , MWS , Trading Networks etc.
- Strong understanding of SOA, REST, and SOAP-based services.
- Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:
- Knowledge on DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for integration solutions.
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Certifications in webMethods or related
