Key Responsibilities:
- Recipe Development & Specification Configuration: Configure and manage PLM recipe structures, specifications, and property trees to ensure seamless product formulation and compliance.
- Engineering Change Management: Handle PLM Engineering Change Records (ECRs) , ensuring proper documentation, approval workflows, and implementation tracking.
- Document Management System (DMS): Maintain and streamline PLM document repositories , ensuring version control, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to support end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Process Optimization:



Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance PLM efficiency and compliance within the Food & Beverage industry.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Proven expertise in PLM systems with a focus on recipe management, change management, and document control in a Consumer Products / Food & Beverage setting.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with PLM platforms and understanding of industry standards for product data management.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive efficiency in product development processes.
