Job Brief
We are seeking a highly analytical, creative, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end digital growth strategy for our skincare and beauty portfolios. In this role, you will be entirely responsible for driving online customer acquisition, optimizing our marketplace presence (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.), scaling our direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, and building strong, community-led brand equity.
The ideal candidate understands that skincare marketing isn't just about run-of-the-mill ads; it requires deep understanding of consumer psychology, skin concerns, clinical ingredient education, and high-aesthetic visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads)
Strategize, execute, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google PPC, YouTube, and retargeting networks.




Own the digital ad budget and continuously optimize for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Implement rigorous A/B testing protocols for ad creatives, hooks, landing pages, and audience cohorts to improve conversion funnels.

2. E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth
Manage and scale our presence across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Purple, tira etc.).
Optimize marketplace listings using data-driven Amazon SEO, backend search terms, high-converting A+ content, and strategic brand stores.
Plan and execute marketplace-specific advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads) to maximize category share during peak sale events.

3. Influencer Marketing & Community Building
Develop a robust influencer tier-strategy (Seeding micro-influencers for authentic reviews alongside macro-creator partnerships for brand scale).
