We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Lead with 7+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems using Python , Java , and SQL . The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in backend development, data handling, and service integration. Experience with Langchain or Langraph is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Java.
- Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to design efficient schemas and write optimized SQL queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, data) to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to technical documentation and deployment processes.
- Stay current with backend best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:




- 7+ years of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java .
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs .
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git .
- Valuable understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:
- Experience or familiarity with Langchain or Langraph .
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker .
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices.
