JSW Sports is looking for a Head of Sourcing to lead the sourcing and manufacturing strategy for its growing portfolio of apparel, footwear, and accessories. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building a world-class vendor ecosystem, driving operational excellence, and delivering high-quality products that meet global standards while remaining cost competitive.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy
Develop and execute the end-to-end sourcing strategy across apparel, footwear, and accessories.
Build a scalable, agile, and resilient sourcing network aligned with the company's growth plans.
Identify and onboard strategic manufacturing partners across India and Asia.
Continuously evaluate the supplier base to improve quality, innovation, speed, and cost competitiveness.

Vendor & Manufacturing Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners and suppliers.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance reviews.
Manage production capacities to ensure uninterrupted supply and business continuity.




Drive supplier capability development and ensure adherence to ethical sourcing and compliance standards.

Cost & Operational Excellence
Drive cost optimisation initiatives without compromising product quality, performance, or innovation.
Lead value engineering initiatives across materials, manufacturing processes, and product construction.
Monitor sourcing performance through key metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, quality, and on-time delivery.
Ensure productive inventory planning and production scheduling in partnership with Product Development and Planning teams.

Product Innovation & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Quality teams to bring innovative products to market.
Leverage access to elite athletes and the Athlete Innovation Lab to source materials and manufacturing solutions that enhance product performance.
