Key Responsibilities
Research and map experiences across target cities and identify categories with high user demand.
Analyze competitor platforms, pricing, customer interest, and market trends to identify opportunities.
Evaluate which experiences have robust potential and identify gaps in the marketplace.
Reach out to experience providers and build relationships for onboarding onto the platform
Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the brand onboarding process.
Work closely with the Operations and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely listing of experiences.
Coordinate with the product and development team to resolve listing issues, feature requests, and operational bottlenecks.
Maintain and update experience data, pricing, schedules, and availability.
Generate business reports, onboarding status reports, and performance insights.
