Ideal candidate will be involved in maintaining hygienic standards, raw material analysis, online & offline sampling, multiple microbial analysis, generate Certificate of Analysis, storage conditions inspection, shelf life study, dispatch monitoring, lab area and equipment maintenance and operations, documentation & reports, stakeholder in recent product development, hazard and risk assessment and food safety regulations compliance.

Responsibilities
Analyse and report any raw material/ingredients received on quality and key parameters.
Collect online food samples during various stages of pre processing/processing/packing.
Report on offline sampling of food, water, air, temperature and other parameters.
Ensure GMP, food safety, SOP and personal hygiene standards are being followed on floor.
Conduct regular audits and training for employees to be well versed in food safety compliance and practices.
Operation,



maintenance and inventory of lab equipments and chemicals such as LAF, incubator, Auto clave, Oven, buffer solutions, calibrations etc .
Generate Certificate of Analysis after conducting tests as per prescribed methods.
Identifying and reporting various types of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, yeast and mould in samples collected.
Inspect and improve storage conditions and methods as per shelf life study feedback.
Organise and approve product dispatch along with COA and sensory test.
Major stakeholder in new product development ideas and methodologies.
Documentation work for quality control reports, test parameters, certifications, audits etc
Experienced in HACCP, BRC, ISO audits.
Hazard and risk assessment and compliance observations.
Food safety regulations and certification guidelines compliance.

Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have a degree in M.Sc microbiology.
Proactive in setting up Lab, SOP and ready
