As we scale our retail and distribution footprint across India, we're looking for driven sales professionals to grow our on-ground presence. Role Overview This is a dual-mandate sales role covering (1) Direct-to-Retail Sales and (2) Dealer Appointment, Sales & Retention for the Control Z Authorized Dealer network. The ideal candidate is a hunter who can open new retail/dealer accounts and a farmer who can nurture and retain them. Key Responsibilities Direct-to-Retail Sales Drive direct sales of Control Z devices to retail outlets, mobile stores, and walk-in trade Achieve monthly/quarterly retail sales targets Build and manage relationships with retail counter staff and store owners Dealer Appointment & Retention Identify, pitch, and onboard new Authorized Dealers within assigned territory Manage the end-to-end dealer appointment process (documentation, credit terms,
