Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Support Voice Process team in Bangalore. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, addressing their queries, and providing exceptional support. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Skills and Qualifications
Role 1: Customer Support Executive
- Kannada-speaking candidates only.
- Qualification: 10th Pass / PUC.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Salary: ₹12,000.
- Day Shift.





Role 2: Customer Support Executive
- Average English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, or Bengali.
- Qualification: PUC.
- Salary: ₹13,700.
- Day Shift.

Role 3: Senior Customer Support Executive
- Very Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support/Sales.
- Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000.
- 5 Days Working.

Additional Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
