Role Description This is a part-time, remote Performance Marketer role. The Performance Marketer will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive growth and measurable results. Daily responsibilities include managing ad budgets, monitoring key performance metrics, running A/B tests, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights. The role also involves collaborating with content, product, and analytics teams to refine targeting, messaging, and landing pages,



while preparing clear performance reports and recommendations.
Qualifications
Solid skills in performance and growth marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, and other digital acquisition channels.
Ability to analyze campaign data, use analytics tools, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis to improve ROI and user acquisition.
Comfort working with budgets, forecasting, and setting measurable goals for campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote, cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as ad managers, analytics platforms, and tag managers.
Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a part-time schedule.
Relevant experience in digital marketing or performance marketing; a degree in marketing,
