Department: Wind Turbine Projects (WTG Installation & Commissioning)
Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level
Location: Project Sites (Pan India or specified regions)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Site Execution Management
- Prepare location-wise work plans based on MS Project plan
- Monitor and update project plan vs actual timelines and milestone status
- Conduct sunrise meetings to review the Plan of the Day (POD) and prerequisites
- Allocate daily tasks to engineers and contractors
- Initiate and sign PTW (Permit to Work), participate in toolbox talks
- Maintain attendance records of contractor labour and verify skill cards
- Confirm material availability, report shortages, and adjust plans accordingly
- Ensure execution aligns with design drawings and specifications
- Conduct quality inspections per the quality plan using calibrated instruments
- Inspect materials upon delivery in collaboration with the quality team
- Ensure execution accuracy of internal lines as per the survey
- Guide and train engineers and contractors as per standard work instructions




- Plan and coordinate customer inspections
- Ensure Work Completion Certificates (WCC) are signed post milestone completion
- Address queries from the commissioning team and resolve critical site issues

2. Mechanical & Technical Oversight
- Validate crane plans and heavy equipment routes prior to erection
- Approve road surveys for crane movement
- Lead establishment of the site repair center
- Ensure proper functioning and safety of lifting jigs and fixtures

3. Resource Management
- Track availability and usage of cranes, equipment, labour, and tools
- Monitor labour productivity and crane efficiency; initiate improvements
- Ensure contractor-supplied material meets quality standards
- Conduct training sessions and distribute skill cards to improve contractor performance
- Perform contractor assessments and assign ratings
- Reconcile materials issued to various site locations
- Monitor and control all work-
