Role Summary
The Senior Specialist, Data Engineering (Technical Lead) will provide technical leadership in designing, building, and scaling enterprise data solutions on AWS. This role requires a seasoned data engineering professional with deep expertise in AWS data platforms, ETL development, data architecture, data modeling, and modern data management practices.




The successful candidate will lead multiple data engineering initiatives, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, drive technical direction across teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performing data solutions that support business and analytics objectives.
Solid understanding of the Plan Sponsor and Workplace Investing business, including 401(k) and retirement plan ecosystems, sponsors, consultants, advisors, participants, and recordkeeping operations. Experience supporting data and analytics solutions that leverage CRM, sales, marketing, and client engagement data to power business applications, client insights, lead generation, campaign execution, and relationship management capabilities.
