Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the entire marketing function across Bhopal and Indore.
This is a hands-on role responsible for driving digital growth, retail visibility, trade marketing, local activations, influencer campaigns, content strategy, and execution. You will also recruit and manage marketing interns while working closely with the sales team to accelerate brand growth.
Important: This role is best suited for candidates with prior FMCG/Food & Beverage/Consumer Goods marketing experience. Candidates without relevant industry experience are unlikely to be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities




Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create monthly content calendars.
Plan and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
Manage influencer and creator collaborations.
Oversee website updates, SEO, and organic traffic growth.
Execute email marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools.
Track competitors, customer insights, and market trends.

Content & Community Management
Develop engaging brand communication.
Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators.
Write compelling captions and campaign copy.
Build and engage online communities.
Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Trade Marketing & Offline Activations
Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives
