Job Overview

As the Chief of Staff in COO office the candidate will be responsible for driving and delivering all COO strategy and operations initiatives with the respective cross functional teams:

Define and outline programs / projects basis organization priorities : Work with the COO to translate organizational goals into projects with

timelines, key stakeholders and delivery milestones

Roll-out key programs: After COO and relevant approvals, roll-out projects to relevant teams and track progress.
Manage Operating Rhythm & Governance: Develop a robust operating rhythm to ensure all programs and projects are executed as per the plan. Ensure strong governance structure is in place for these programs and work with key stakeholders to ensure timely and hig
