Mandatory Requirements

5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, pipeline design, optimization,



and runner management.
Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch).
Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Strong automation experience across build, test, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized deployments.
Experience integrating SonarQube, SAST, SCA, dependency scanning, and security gates within CI/CD pipelines.
Robust scripting/programming skills in at least two of: Python, Bash, Groovy, PowerShell.
Expertise in Git-based workflows, branching strategies, code reviews, and release management.
Proven experience modernizing legacy DevOps platforms and implementing standardized, reusable CI/CD frameworks.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
