Job Purpose
Responsible for the implementation of the National Civil Aviation Security Training Programme and providing advice and support to the Head-ASTI and Head-GMRAA. Coordination with the Regulatory Authority and supervision of ASTI's current and future activities. Ensure high standards and 100% compliance in ASTI at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AVSEC training, including BCAS-sponsored training.
- Deliver appropriate AVSEC Trainings and subsequent Refresher trainings that comply with Aviation Security Officer Accreditation requirements.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for the Training Support Team members using various strategies and tactics to promote learning
