J Ob Overview

Act as a technical resource and operational anchor for the Azure team. In addition to managing complex infrastructure, troubleshooting, and automating workloads with Terraform, this role involves guiding junior engineers, taking ownership of project deliveries, and acting as a bridge between the engineering team and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Junior Mentorship & Team Guidance

Provide technical guidance and day-to-day mentorship to L1/Junior cloud engineers.
Conduct code reviews for PowerShell scripts, CLI automation, and Terraform modules to ensure best practices and formatting consistency.
Lead Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and build an internal repository of technical runbooks to upskill the team.
