We are looking for an experienced 4+ year Power BI Developer with deep technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that drive insights from high-volume, event-driven data. In this role, you will be tackling complex analytics for platforms that generate massive amounts of user-action events.
Primary Skills :
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on Power BI development.
Technical Depth: Demonstrated end-to-end Power BI expertise — advanced DAX, robust data modelling (star schema, relationships, performance tuning), and Power Query/M — with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues across the stack rather than only building visuals.
Business Comprehension & Communication: Proven ability to grasp customer business challenges, translate ambiguous requirements into analytical solutions, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High-Volume Data Experience: Proven experience reporting on large-scale telemetry, user-activity logs, or operator action events in enterprise environments.
Database Expertise:



Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
Optimization: Deep knowledge of report optimization, query folding, and performance tuning for large datasets.
Security: Hands-on experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS)
Responsibilities include:
Event-Driven Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards focused on large-scale event analytics and operator activity tracking.
Full-Stack Ownership: Independently diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and data issues across the entire Power BI stack (data ingestion, M language, DAX, and visual rendering).
Requirement Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp complex business challenges and translate ambiguous requirements into transparent, scalable analytical solutions.
