Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with a solid agency background to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, manage creators and clients, and drive impactful brand collaborations. The role requires hands-on execution, team coordination, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Develop and manage strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies
Lead influencer shortlisting, negotiations, onboarding, and contracting
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting
Act as the primary point of contact for brands,



ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction
Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, content, operations) for seamless execution
Track campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and share actionable insights
Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality and accountability
Stay updated with industry trends, creator ecosystem changes, and platform updates

Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably from a digital/advertising agency
Strong network of influencers, creators, and talent managers
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in handling multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously
Strong understanding of influencer metrics, ROI, and campaign performance tracking
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism
