Web Developer
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer specializing in WordPress and TYPO3 to design, develop, maintain, and optimize contemporary websites. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with creativity and a user-focused mindset to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
The role includes frontend and backend development, CMS customization, website maintenance, performance optimization, and collaboration with designers, content editors, and marketing teams.

Your role:
Development of user-friendly, responsive websites—both frontend and backend—using TYPO3 and WordPress
Technical development of existing websites
Technical implementation of designs in collaboration with the design and project teams
Maintenance, updates, and optimization of existing websites, including continuous security updates
Content and technical management of websites
Website optimization regarding performance and user-friendliness,



as well as ensuring cross-browser compatibility
Integration of AI-driven features—e.g., for chatbots, content personalization, or automated optimizations

Qualification:
Degree or qualification in Web development, Computer Science, Media informatics or equivalent practical experience
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in web development with Typo3, WordPress and responsive web design
Excellent knowledge of web technologies and tools: PHP, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, MySQL, Bootstrap, GitHub/GitLab
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Structured and organized working style
Good communication skills with fluent English proficiency and team-oriented mindset
A keen sense for design and usability, ability to work independently, and aptitude for problem-solving
