Your Responsibilities:
Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters across all forums on a pan-India basis, including the High Courts, Consumer Forums, tribunals,



and quasi-judicial and arbitral bodies, spanning civil, criminal, commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters.
Formulate and drive cost-effective, result-oriented litigation strategies, in consultation with senior leadership and external counsel, grounded in relevant precedents and aligned with the organization's risk appetite.
Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of all litigation documentation, including petitions, written statements, affidavits, applications, and appeals, and coordinate the collation of evidence and witness testimony ahead of hearings.
Drive the timely progress and resolution of matters through litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and parties where appropriate.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all case-related documentation and correspond
