Role Overview
The Operations Associate will support and manage day-to-day operational activities across
multiple business functions. This role requires robust coordination, stakeholder
management, and data management skills to ensure seamless execution of processes and
efficient collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities




Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of ongoing
processes.
Coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective
communication and timely execution of tasks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and other external
stakeholders.
Support onboarding and operational coordination for new clients, partners, or team
members.
Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and operational documentation.
Own data management activities, ensuring records are updated, organized, and
accurate at all times.Analyze and manage operational data using Google Sheets/Excel to generate
reports and support decision-making.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational
efficiency and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across operations and business objectives
