Role: Credit Manager |Grade: M7/M8| Location: Mumbai

Job role

* Handling a team of credit analysts
* Prioritization of proposals in consultation with business team
* Guide the team of credit analysts to write better quality notes and effective
monitoring
* Vetting of Credit Appraisal notes prepared by credit analysts
* Discuss with senior members of business team on Terms and Conditions for risk
assessments/ structuring of the proposal, transaction
* Assist the credit analysts to formulate credit recommendation in the note.
* Closely monitoring of portfolio along with team of credit analysts
* Escalate with action plan for non-compliances and early warning signals




* Meeting the clients on regular basis to know the updates
* Networking within various departments of the bank/ taking reference checks
from other banks

Job req

* Experience required for the Job: At least 10+ years in Credit Underwriting.
* CA / MBA
* Valuable understanding of Accounting Standards, Balance Sheet Analysis.
* Knowledge of RBI regulations, SEBI and other statutory bodies requirements.
* Good interaction and communication ability.
* Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
