JOB PURPOSE
Lead generation and closure of deals for the Commercial Office district for Built-to-suit, Campus-style, or managed offices, including select Built-to-Suit (BTS) for Schools, Higher Ed, Training, etc., within the Hyderabad AeroCity.
Develop robust relationships with the industry and channel.

This position reports to the Head of Business Development (BD) .
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prospect Generation and Deal Closure:
- Conclude commercial office transactions for GMR Business Park, including multi-tenanted buildings, Build-to-suit (BTS), Campus, Data Centers, and Community/Social Infrastructure such as Gym, Food Court,
