Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of existing business processes and technical workflows to construct solutions that minimize, or eliminate manual interactions with the process
- Using structured problem solving to address any inefficiency or friction points within existing operational processes
- Translating technical requirements and any existing process documentation into well-designed automation solutions that have repeatability, consistency and accuracy in mind
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to address automation challenges efficiently and effectively
- Accurately estimate time and resource requirements for solution development, and phase solutions appropriately.
- Establishing monitoring of automation solutions to track the return on investment of each solution
- Crafting clear documentation on how to setup and execute the solutions
- Providing training and continual education on tools and techniques uses within the automation team to colleagues across the business.

The Experience You Bring




- Relevant experience within the financial services industry commensurate with the seniority of the role.
- Demonstrable track record of business & data analysis, solution design & delivery utilizing automation, dealing with senior internal stakeholders and influencers and building significant working relationships.
- Training and presenting skills
- Willingness to mentor junior members of the team. Project management experience would be preferred with strategic planning and development experience
- Experience in delivering solutions in highly regulated and complex financial services organizations
- Stakeholder management with experience of building partnerships and consulting effectively
- Solid written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to and incorporate other people s opinions and a strong out-of-the-box thinker who challenges status-quo
