We are looking for one Fusion HCM Technical expert with fair functional knowledge on Compensation module.
Core Competency & Skills required:
Advanced HCM Cloud Compensation (Techno-Functional)
Advanced SQL
Advanced BI Publisher
HCM configuration (EFF/DFF, HDL/HSDL, BPM, Rapid Formulas)
VBCS, Security module AI majorly.
AI Studio
Optional: OCI, OIC
Person should have excellent communication and customer interaction skills and willing to work late hours as customer is in USA – EST time zone. He should have more implementation skills than support.
