The Impact You Will Have in This Role
Enterprise Services comprises multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, all reporting to the Chief of Enterprise Services. These platforms support client delivery, operational efficiency, business resilience, and digital transformation strategy.
As an Automation Tester , you will test a variety of automation and workflow solutions across platforms like Appian, Talend, and BluePrism. This role requires solid self-direction, testing expertise,



and collaboration skills to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise automation solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for Appian applications, including both positive and negative scenarios
- Test ETL workflows developed in Talend, focusing on data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
- Validate automation solutions created with RPA tools such as BluePrism, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements
- Prepare and manage test data, ensuring integrity and alignment with test scenarios
- Track defects and testing progress using tools like JIRA
- Collaborate with end users during UAT phases, offering clear communication and issue resolution
- Independently manage multiple testing projects based on priority and deadlines
- Engage with team members throughout the delivery lifecycle for smooth coordination and integration
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and contribut
