About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Technical Manager who is responsible for
end-to-end delivery of software projects while also leading, mentoring, and managing
engineering teams. This role bridges technical execution, delivery management, and people
leadership to ensure high-quality,



scalable solutions are delivered on time and teams continue to
grow and perform at their best.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

1. Project & Delivery Management

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects, from planning through execution
and release.
Manage Project scope and milestones effectively
Project estimations, assessing resource needs and allocation
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
