Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Test Engineer with 2–4 years




of experience in performance testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate
will have hands-on experience with JMeter (mandatory), along with exposure to
LoadRunner or NeoLoad, and strong expertise in analyzing application performance
across enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft 365.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing various
non-functional performance tests including load, stress, and endurance testing,
ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter
(must-have).
* Create and maintain scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad for different
protocols.
* Perform Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Volume testing for critical
applications.
* Execute performance test scenarios and analyze system behavior under varying
workloads.
