Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue, volume, and market share objectives.
Identify and incubate emerging channels and build partnerships beyond traditional customer segments.
Expand relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.




Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory developments to inform growth strategies.
Collaborate with global business development teams to identify and evaluate acquisition targets, distributors, strategic alliances, and partnership opportunities across India and the region.
Conduct market mapping, commercial assessments, and strategic fit analyses for potential M&A; opportunities.
Support due diligence activities across commercial, financial, legal, and operational workstreams.
Assist in post-acquisition integration planning to ensure seamless execution and value realization.
Drive both organic and inorganic growth initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term strategic objectives.
