Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to drive recent business acquisition across the Mumbai and Pune markets.



This is a pure hunting role focused on identifying prospects, generating opportunities, and closing enterprise IT services deals.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT services sales, experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders, and a proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Identify and acquire new enterprise customers in Mumbai and Pune.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Client Engagement

Meet and engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, and other key decision-makers.
