Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compensation structures and salary benchmarking
- Analyze market trends and internal data to support pay decisions
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory compensation standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compensation analysis and design
- Robust knowledge of compensation tools, surveys, and methodologies
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
- Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus
