Job Description





As a Principal in our Management Consulting team, you will lead client-facing transformation engagements, manage a team of consultants, and drive process improvement outcomes across complex business environments. The role requires a strong combination of consulting delivery, stakeholder management, process excellence, digital enablement, and people leadership capabilities. You will be expected to independently lead workstreams, shape solutions, guide teams, and engage confidently with client stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
