BOMBAYDC is looking for an experienced business leader with deep relationships across India's Retail and D2C ecosystem.
This role is not about cold outreach.
We're looking for someone who already understands the ecommerce landscape, has worked closely with leading retail and D2C brands, and can leverage an existing network to open strategic conversations and bring new brands into BOMBAYDC.
If you've spent years building relationships with founders, ecommerce leaders, digital teams, and marketing heads across consumer brands—and know how to convert those relationships into long-term business partnerships—we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Do
Drive new business growth across Retail, D2C and Consumer brands.
Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Ecommerce Heads, Digital Heads and Growth Leaders.
Leverage your existing industry network to identify and create new business opportunities.
Own the complete sales cycle—from first conversation to proposal,



negotiation and closure.
Understand client business challenges and position BOMBAYDC as a long-term digital transformation partner.
Work closely with our Strategy, Design and Engineering teams to build compelling proposals.
Build strategic partnerships with brands looking to scale their ecommerce, digital experience and customer journeys.
Represent BOMBAYDC at industry events, ecommerce forums, retail conferences and networking platforms.
Develop a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently achieve revenue targets.

We're Looking For
8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Client Partnerships or Enterprise Sales.
Strong experience working within the Retail, Ecommerce or D2C ecosystem.
Existing relationships with founders and leadership teams across consumer brands.
Demonstrated track record of bringing new brands and strategic accounts.
Solid understanding of ecommerce business mod
