Role & responsibilities
- Investigate customer complaints using standard QC tools and methodologies.
- Execute R&D; trials based on SOPs provided by Central R&D.;
- Maintain and summarize technical visit reports, highlighting actionable insights.
- Submit detailed investigation and R&D; trial reports.
- Coordinate weekly review meetings between Branch QA and R&D; teams.
- Provide regular feedback to plant QA teams and Central R&D.;
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Science / B.Tech / IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging preferred).
- 5–10 years of relevant industrial experience from packaging industries.
- Solid communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer complaint handling and R&D; processes.
