Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage planning, execution, and coordination of medical device projects
- Oversee staffing and resources to maximize project success
- Monitor and adjust project performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and client expectations
- Conduct risk analysis and mitigate potential issues throughout the project lifecycle
Key Deliverables
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets from submission to certificate issuance
- Ensure compliance with Notified Bodies (NB) and accreditation standards
- Maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality
- Support forecasting, invoicing, and documentation of project activities
